Hi, I’m Kate Nicole. I live in a small Tennessee town with my husband, our two-year-old, and four cats who think they’re in charge.

Writing has been a part of my life as long as I can remember. I started when I was 12, filling wide-ruled notebooks with adventure stories about talking animals. Once we got a family computer, I moved to posting chapters of stories on Mibba (I was never a Wattpad girlie unfortunately).

I read a concerning amount when I was growing up. I’ve always been drawn to romance and love stories. I mainly read rom-com contemporary romance (big surprise) and romantasy. My favorite tropes are enemies to lovers, fake dating, and really anything that sets up good banter.

My husband is endlessly supportive, even if he isn’t much of a reader. He’ll read my books and listen to me yap about story ideas. When I’m not writing, I’m probably coloring with my toddler or spoiling our cats.
